This is a great art book, rare, and in excellent condition! The book contains 24 color plates 142 black and white plates that follow the text portion. The condition is quite excellent with only age toning to the otherwise mint text pages. The blue cloth boards and the plates are all Fine, like new. The dust jacket is Very Good or better with only a one inch, closed tear at the rear top margin and very slight fraying to the top and bottom of the spine portion and the front upper corner. This is another beautifully illustrated art book -- an invaluable resource for the art historian or enthusiast.
